Wow -- just got the acceptance email!

Numbers: 161/3.75
Soft that probably had a big impact with my lower LSAT: Retiring E9 with several combat deployments over a 20 year military career.

I grew up in a poor St. Louis neighborhood and use to play in Forest Park a lot. As a kid, I remember staring at the beautiful buildings/campus and watching the students walk by thinking those must be the smartest and certainly the luckiest people in the world (only world I knew was St. Louis at the time). You have no idea how truly humbling and special it is to me to be accepted to WashU.

Thanks scotti -- to you and all the other 1L/2L/3Ls - that have been so active in this year's thread. Pretty cool tone you guys are setting for those that might be on the fence. Admissions should give you guys a finder's fee!

yeah totally! I'm pretty busy with my jobz but will definitely make time to hang out! I can't wait to meet my future classmates, plus we had such a great time at the ASW's last year

Good luck! We've all been there and know how stressful that is.

Also fwiw, I applied at the end of January, so if you don't get the score you want/need and you really want to be at WUSTL, you can certainly retake in Decemeber. Obviously the earlier you can apply the better, but all is not lost if you end up needing to retake.
