Are they offering these this year?
They have for the past two years so I'm assuming they will this year as well. I'll try to call later today to find out.

I would be very interested in this. Please let us know if you hear about anything.

I called, there's good and bad news...

Good: there will eventually be interviews offered!
Bad: class currently full so no open seats yet...

Any guesses as to the current size of the waitlist? I think it's around 150.

If probably say less than that, seems like a lot have either been dinged or withdrawn.

Hi all,
I am subletting a 1 BR/Bath at the new Collegetown Terrace apartments (905 E. State St.) for the upcoming academic year. I lived in the apartment my 1L year and renewed the lease in the spring, but I recently decided to transfer. The apartment is available starting August 15th. From speaking with my landlord, it's the only 1 BR left in the home-style apartments (so it doesn't feel like a dorm). Also, you'll be getting the apartment at a $100 discount/month since my lease is at the special "renewal rate."

Everything is like-new in the apartment, you get a free gym membership, free wi-fi, free heat/AC, in-unit washer/dryer, covered parking, and it is just a 10 minute walk to the law school, Collegetown, and Ithaca Commons. It really is the best housing option in Ithaca. You can see pictures of the building, gym, and rooms here: http://collegetownterraceithaca.com/index.php

PM me if you are interested or would like to see pictures of the apartment, and I wish you all the best of luck at Cornell Law this upcoming year!

I spoke to admissions a while ago and they said the class is currently full and they aren't admitting anyone off the waitlist unless they get a withdrawal. So it looks pretty bad :(

My subletter just got off the waitlist at another school and will no longer be attending Cornell. First person to get the papers to me wins.

...you probably shouldn't be posting this here. This thread is for people on reserve that are hoping to get in.

It makes sense, if someone gets in they will probably need a place to live.

I guess, I just figured it made more sense in the Class of 2017 forum.

Agree with SteelPenguin, it seems a little insensitive given the fact that people in this thread want to get in first and then look for housing. Good luck to all of you waiting it out.

Just looks like they were updated all at once after those people finished their cycles
