That's what they say. Or if you're feeling adventurous, the Architecture school will have you thinking in new ways.cusenation wrote:The Brown girls are where it's at (social work)

Lol so I asked to decline the interview request because the times were far out in the future and I am super busy working these days. I got a response from admissions saying no, it's not optional. YOU MUST INTERVIEW. I relented. You win this time, WUSTL.

A little delayed, but:
Submitted: Early November
Interview: Shortly before Thanksgiving
Accepted: During Interview
My application didn't go "complete" until the day of the interview, so don't worry if yours still says "Documents Received", stay strong!

haha thanks man! i think it helps if you show a strong interest in Wash U during your phone interview and also give them a reason why a scholarship would sway you towards the school.jk148706 wrote:Dude. I just got the same, so pumped! I agree that it may have helped that I showed strong interest in WUSTL early on, and had a polite but open discussion with MAC about scholarships and debt aversion.
Good luck to everyone waiting on scholly offers!

Thanks, congrats to you as well!!! I honestly don't know yet, I'm still shocked at getting a full-tuition offer so I haven't begun to consider options. I want to minimize debt so Wash U is a front runner so far. How about you?Fiero85 wrote:Gary wrote:jk148706 wrote:Gary wrote:

I am an STL native (with a SO who is from here too). We plan to stay here long term and I am very debt averse, so I will be accepting the offer shortly.
Looking forward to meeting some of you guys at ASW!

Just curious, about how long do interviews last?

So far, everyone has said they have been pretty straight forward interviews. Just a few questions about your background, why you want to go to law school/what career are you looking for, and why WUSTL specifically. Mine matched this pattern and was about 20 mins. I assume under 30 mins is the norm.Bajam wrote:Just curious, about how long do interviews last?
