So anyone else with the 90k just waiting to see if LMU forks over more before deciding? I wonder how many full-rides they issue... I'll sell a family member for one.

I'm doing the same. Waiting to hear back from Hastings though, which may change some things if I get in

I don't think Hastings is giving financial info yet, but I'm not sure. I got in last week but the letter did to fill out the fafsa and hold tight for "aid." I don't remember from lsn, but looking over the forum here I dont think peop
le have gotten money. I could be wrong, and am too lazy to go check right now.

I'm leaning SoCal anyways, at the moment.

I thought they had in previous years as well. It could be they are different types of awards/scholarships. My $90k indicates that I am a "Loyola Scholar," but there are evidently other scholarships.

It means LLS thinks some people are worth 6k more? I noticed in the Loyola "TLS Class of 2014 Forum" thread that scholarships seemed to top-out around the 80k range. I didn't bother looking through the "TLS Class of 2015 Forum" thread or last years admit/denial thread for any trends.

I had a 90k offer at first (Loyola Scholar) and then contacted the office to ask them to up it, they increased to 96k, said they'll let me know about a potential full-ride offer in march (although I seem to see that they have begun offering them...)

those of you who are getting full-rides, how are they contacting you? Did you contact them previously to try and get one? Also, would it be completely ridiculous to try and get a full-ride although currently Loyola's (90k) is the best scholarship I have been offered thus far?

i can absolutely be bought. My plan is to just wait a while and see if people start getting offered full rides, if they do and i'm not one of them I'll call and sound wishy washy about attending. HOPEFULLY by that time some of the other schools will have responded. Unfortunately, I feel as though time may be running out.
