why wouldn't they?
And again, the may program is not a PT program. I see this here all the time. It is a FT prog that starts in may. The only difference between it and the fall start is the beginning date. That's it.
From Cardozo's website:
"Our part-time program is a day program and begins in May. It is part time the first year and full time the last two years."
And in previous years they did not give any merit $$$ to May starters.
I think what they are referring to is the fact that the first semester is a summer semester where you only take half the amount of classes that you usually take as 1L and because of those two classes you take one less class over your 1L semesters

When did you go complete?
I'm waiting on the may start as well. It's kind of odd they haven't rolled out all these decisions because school starts relatively soon and people need te figuring out $, housing etc.

Submitted 11/19/12, went complete 11/20/12. Had been "complete and under review" since 11/20/12.
Received the wait-list email this morning. The e-mail actually says the wait-list is maintained through orientation as well.

Anyone had any experience with contacting them about a decision? I called yesterday to ask about May start decisions, since it starts relatively soon and so many things need to be arranged if/when people move to NYC. I was told that there isn't but that I ca.n write an email. I did. Wrote about that, that I'v been accepted to several schools but that I'm still very interested in Cardozo. Now I'm wondering if it'll help with speeding up a decision. IMHO decisions for the May start should not take this long because it really is a very short decision window, since I assume they will want a deposit pretty soon.

I don't think contacting them will hurry it along at all. If you're planning on living in the city, renting an apartment is total chaos - in most cases, you literally sign a lease 10 days (if that) before you move in - apartments don't even open for viewings until 10-14 days before the move in date. Cardozo, I'm sure, knows this, so I doubt they'll be sympathetic to the logistics of planning a move. I'm also waiting to hear back and it is definitely stressful, but I think the only thing to do is wait.

Any of you guys know if part-time can live in campus housing? I was worried about the short decision window as well.

I'm still waiting for my decision as well, but ideally I want to live by the law school if I go. It's so crazy expensive off campus.

Median LSAT : 166
Median GPA : 3.74
Acceptance Rate : 26%
Or is that just based on the data in LSN?
http://cardozo.lawschoolnumbers.com/
166 Is most likely median accepted LSAT. The median matriculating will be lower. ... lower on that page they have the median at 163 3.6
