Received my first status checker e-mail today. I take it this means I can expect them to e-mail me every day now? lolWhiteyCakes wrote:I have now received 3 seperate emails on 3 seperate days from Cornell with status checker info

Finally submitted today. It felt incredible, until I realized I have a very long wait ahead of me. And chances are likely that you'll be reading this exact post on multiple threads.

Nice. At least when I got a duplicate e-mail from Chicago, they wrote in the e-mail, "Please note: this may be a duplicate e-mail."WhiteyCakes wrote:Yep...literally the same email each day.

Nope, you slightly altered this post in each thread.guinness1547 wrote:Finally submitted today. It felt incredible, until I realized I have a very long wait ahead of me. And chances are likely that you'll be reading this exact post on multiple threads.

Re: Cornell c/o 2016 Applicants (2012-2013)
Received an e-mail this morning saying my "Early Action application is complete."
On my application, for question 5.1, "Are you applying for Early Action?" I answered no.
Is an applicant automatically enrolled if they apply early?
The e-mail says it is non-binding, so if it just expedites the review of my application, I don't really care.
Just curious if anyone has any ideas and whether it's worth e-mailing the admissions office about.

Don't know if it's automatic, but not worth emailing over. It's non-binding, and I can't see why you'd want a delayed decision lol.helix23 wrote:Received an e-mail this morning saying my "Early Action application is complete."

Figured. Yeah like I said, if it is non-binding and just expedites the review, I don't care. Just freaked for a second and thought I hit early decision or something binding.shifty_eyed wrote:Don't know if it's automatic, but not worth emailing over. Anyone who applied before Nov 15th last year was automatically considered an early action applicant regardless of what they checked on the app.helix23 wrote:Figured.
