Last year someone reported this as well, and apparently the year before, too. They got in - so that's a good sign!

Submitted 11/6 or 7 and just went complete today. Penn was my last school I was waiting to go complete. Woohoo.

Question: I have been "Under Committee Review" since 11/21. But I have seen mention of "UCR 2" here...if I have not been upgraded to UCR 2 yet, is that bad news?

Also, I ED'd.

well its been only a week. i think it usually takes more than a week to go from UCR1 to UCR2
