I think that's the point though. If they have kept us waiting this long why not wait until the last possible day (like April 29th). I'm sure a lot of it has to do with their yields which they won't know until after April 15.

Tomorrow there will be several rejections, and hopefully by friday there will be a massive amount of wait lists and acceptances. I must say though, Upenn is being incredibly slow compared to other schools I've applied to.

Does anyone think the day you updated to really has any sort of significance? I'm at 3/22 and I'd say I'm borderline waitlist but more likely reject with a 3.1x and a 176.

As we've discussed throughout this thread, the groupings seem to be pretty random. I will say, though, that my group (2/17-->3/19) seemed ding-heavy.
