Gotta say I'm pretty bummed. I really would have preferred complete silence from them about this from the beginning.

I agree. I think it's extremely off-putting that they would update their twitter unnecessarily like that. I'm not quite sure what their motivation was other than trying to make their admits anxious and then disappointed.

Probably they were sick of people tweeting / calling / emailing them and asking for an update.

The Twitter update led me to believe that they might come out early today. If the decisions are already made and they thought there was a chance they'd get them sent out yesterday, you'd think we would receive them pretty efficiently today. Efficiency hasn't characterized this process so far, though

They attached a pdf of the scholarship letter in the email in the past.
