^I'm pretty sure you can just send it to the jdinfo email. They seem to handle all admissions related questions/concerns. Congrats btw, where are you deciding on attending?

For those of you who received scholarship $$, did you have to send in any additional forms? I noticed there was a financial aid form in the admit packet, and it said to fill it out to be considered for financial aid including scholarships.
Or, did you guys just receive scholly info in the mail later, at some time after you received your admit packet?
Thanks!

I'm also wondering, I just got the acceptance packet but I didn't see a scholarship offer in there. I only saw the form that butifuldisastr referencesbutifuldisastr wrote:For those of you who received scholarship $$, did you have to send in any additional forms? I was accepted in January and just received the award letter this week. I haven't turned in their financial aid form or filled out my fafsa yet.

Heh, I just received my scholarship letter in the mail a couple of hours after I posted thisbutifuldisastr wrote:For those of you who received scholarship $$, did you have to send in any additional forms? So for those of you interested, it took about 2-3 weeks after my acceptance, and I didn't send in any forms.
Scholly seems odd, $23,000/year with the stipulation of filling out the FAFSA and proving financial need. Well, I wasn't planning on filling it out because I have a nice lump of money in the bank and investments, 401K, etc, so I definitely won't qualify....So I guess I won't get any money?! Kind of sucks. I might call tomorrow and see what admissions says.

Yeah, I got the same thing. I think I'll qualify but we'll see. I just thought it was weird that they presumed we would need financial assistance?

Only one other person posted about proving financial need. Maybe some are scholarships and some are grants? Mine specifically said it was a grant.rahrah wrote:In 1/23 got my scholarship info 2/6. $23k as well, but I don't remember seeing anything about financial need..... Mine was a grant too: the USD Law School Grant. Apparently different from a scholarship, as it is based on the assumption that X person will qualify for need, yet also based on the individual's application. I called the admissions office and they said that in their experience, most students do qualify for need, so they would receive this grant amount. However, for the rare students that do not qualify, they might be able to do some kind of "appeal" process for lack of better words. It seems like they would work with people so students could get some of that grant money even if they did not necessarily qualify via the FAFSA.Pleasye wrote:Only one other person posted about proving financial need. I PM'd a couple of you. I applied for the full-time program in Jan. I've been "complete" for a couple weeks. Has anyone called to get a decision?darkatillam2 wrote: When did you submit go complete, etc?
