I like this idea of ranks. I have been complete since mid-September. I think I deserve a title, such as "Most Forgettable Applicant."

or "Applicant that is so incredibly awesome that CLS has enshrined essay in a golden frame in the admissions office and simply forgets to send an acceptance because they're blinded by brilliance"

I mean if you're gonna give yourself a title go big with it...

Only bumping this thread because another week of no news has gone by, and I miss my other forgotten buddies. :(

Oh hai there. How are you?

My friend keeps torturing me with the idea that a letter either way may have arrived this week and I wouldn't know because I'm out of the country.

Columbia! I love you so much. Don't make me come home to bad news. :(

Oh nooo!!! That would be torture. At least you got out of town though. Hopefully you had a little bit of distraction. I'm coming out the east coast to visit schools for my spring break. I'm going to check out CLS since I obviously won't be able to go to ASW now, even if I am accepted. My biggest fear now is that I'm going to get a rejection letter in the mail after I leave. I'll feel awfully stupid showing up and asking to go on a tour if they just dinged me the day before!

I feel you. It's been a great week. I'm sad that it's over and that I'm going to have to go home. Unfortunately, it hasn't been all play as I have a thesis and stuff that I've had to work on while I'm here (hence my presence on TLS). Way to ruin Spain, thesis. *sigh*

Anywayyyyy, here's hoping for VCEs soon, right?!

I have to go block websites for an hour so I can get some work done. See you then.

Good luck! But I understand your pain. My thesis is due at the end of this month, and I'm out of town on law school visits every weekend this month. Awesome timing! :D

Still here. At this rate, I might get out of here before I get held, after yesterday/today.

Congratulations both!!!!!!

Ugh, I hate this every single time...my school email takes like 30-60 minutes sometimes to forward emails to my personal inbox so I'm always waiting until 6 or 7 before I realize nothing's going to show up XD

How long do you have to wait for a decision before you are counted among the forgotten?

If I was put on hold in January and they said that if I wish, "I may submit an updated transcript" will it work against me if I did not, even if I submitted an LOCI?

I think that´s a personal call, if your transcript is the same as or better than before, can´t hurt to send it and have another chance to cut through the noise and have your file opened. If it´s worse and won´t help you then don´t send it.

In other news, Dear Other Forgottens, I´ve decided to promote myself to Rank 1.

you may be beating me in time forgotten, but you´re also beating me in acceptances, so I think you should be a happy commander in chief. :D

Yeah there are no real tears being shed here. It's more frustration of not knowing than anything else. But you submitted all your apps months after I did anyway, so I'm sure you have a ton more acceptances on the way! :D
