When I got accepted, I was told that they don't change the status checker until after they send out the letters. They also definitely won't have updated them because the person who updates the status checker is out of the office and was only coming back today.

Just got the call from the dean!! Accepted with $25,000 scholly. In-state, 3.6, 173.

Applied 10/20. Went complete shortly thereafter.

It did. I don't know if it changed before or after the email, but I do know that I checked it right after I received the email and it had changed.

dude.. dont even try to figure out UVA admissions.. went complete 10/04 with extremely competitive numbers.. my status updated to 11/09 and nothing ever happened.

Complete (9/20) and haven't heard anything back. Same with Michigan. Freaking out.

Been complete for a couple days now. Anxious to hear back but I don't really have my hopes up after some of the recent out of state RD decisions.

hmm yea you have been complete for some time. The thing I dont get though is if they are already sending out dings why havent people with your numbers been dinged?? I mean it doesnt make sense for them to be holding people with your numbers to compare with more applicants. I just dont understand the logic of waiting. Even if they are just going to waitlist you, why wait? Hold for first round of deposits?
