If you got into "much higher" ranked schools than don't worry about it. Not sure why is would sting at all. Probably stings more for people who haven't got into any better schools and look at Cardozo as a great fit. It may sting your pride, in which most shouldn't have any sympathy. Just sayin.

Point taken. Not looking for sympathy but nobody likes rejection/ semi rejection. It's just with a lot of apps still out there it makes me wonder how the whole cycle is going to play out when I get put on hold for one of my safeties. It's turning out to be less predictable than I thought.

It's pretty mind boggling then. I just got my packet and realized my gpa requirement to keep my scholly is 2.9 which is top 80%... awesome. Has anyone heard about how willing Cardozo is to negotiate? I have a full ride at St Johns and I hope to leverage it if I choose Cardozo. Also I think I'm definitely going to the ASD March 24th - anyone else?

I don't know how Cardozo works, but usually leverage only applies if the school is ranked higher. (At least that's what I've heard.) Since St. John's is ranked below Cardozo, I wouldn't think it would work.
But then again, it doesn't hurt to try!
Edit: And yeah I was going to try and make that ASD, but the fact that they're having it on a Thursday kinda sucks

Yeah, it seems like they don't really have stuff on Saturdays (for obvious reasons). I happen to be a worship/rest-on-Sunday person, so I'm not sure how well the Cardozo schedule would work out for me...

I say it's kind of early to withdraw, if you really like Cardozo, write a LOCI and ride it out for a bit!

In around noon CST via voicemail. They didn't say anything about a Scholarship on the phone, does anyone know if that can come with the admissions packet?

I'm the same...waitlisted with similar numbers. What is the history (or recent history), of people getting off the waitlist and perhaps getting some $$$ as well. FWIW, I've also asked to be considered for May enrollment as well.
