Decision sent from Vanderbilt on 2/3. I checked the on-line resource today and learned about the update. I had an address change on Feb 1st so haven't gotten the letter yet. The two TLS 2/3s are WLs, but there are three Accepts for that date on LSN.

Just so you dont keep wasting your time, all the 2/3's are waitlist, TLS is actually 5/5 on that. The LSN numbers ( They were giving me hope too) actually are all 2/1 people who got letters on 2/3

Yeah, my GPA isn't much above 3, but I had hoped my softs would have helped me clear the hurdle. It sure is tough to see all the info about increased applications, etc. But I suppose there is some hope created by the idea that with a less significant increase in actual applicants, there will be heightened movement on the wait lists.
