I called today, and they said they are making decisions after the end of March as well. They said just be patient as they are working to get decisions out ASAP, and if you have other seat deposits, email them and let them know.

anyone know what the acceptance rate looks like off the waitlist? i was put on hold like a month ago and just completed my skype interview today and submitted a single essay for my hold portfolio.. im a splitter. slightly higher LSAT than their median and slightly lower gpa than their median.

*im fighting so hard for northwestern because their most recent aba report shows that they are pretty generous with schollys...

Any thoughts as to when scholarship info is going to come out? Desperately needing to know this one with April deadlines looming!

J says schollies have been released -- best of luck to all of you who've already received decisions and are hoping for even better news!

May there be money left over for those of us still waiting on initial decisions =)

Sorry, seeing so many people recently posting about still awaiting a decision makes me regret posting here instead of the admitted students thread. I've just gotten used to meeting fellow NU waiters here. No boasting intended, just very happy.

Ditto on this. Last year there seemed to be a reconsideration form. I've searched the NU website but saw nothing like that. Not sure if the form's gonna be out in a few days or they just don't use it this round.

So... is Northwestern even still accepting applicants? Or is it safe to assume they used my application as fireplace-fodder to keep themselves warm this brutal winter?

Called and was told no decisions before or on 4/1 but some MAYBE before 4/15. Sorry for all those still waiting but looks like it will be a while still. Hope this helps.

Yikes. Wish they would just call it the wait list it is.

Posted this in the 2018 forum, but I just withdrew. I hope this opens up a slot and $$$ for others. Good luck!

Based on what I read last year, it seemed like people had success submitting the reconsideration form or emailing their request. If you have other offers I don't think it would be a bad idea to email the Admissions Office.

I was accepted several months ago but recently withdrew; hopefully that will open up a spot for someone who has been waiting for a decision. Best of luck to everyone!
