Congrats to everybody who got called today!

And, to add info: I only wrote one optional essay; was never held; never wrote a LOCI; submitted application early December but also took December LSAT, so I think it was only complete in early January after scores were released.

somewhere, I think we'd be a great complimentary pair to admit: you, a traditional splitter and me, a reverse. let's push forward! =)

I got the call from a 215 around 11 AM today.
Submitted in November. Two UCR, last UCR was 1/19.
LSAT: 25th. GPA: exactly at median. Non-URM.

Received: 1/12
Complete: 1/20
UR: 1/25 -> 1/27

I don't have spectacular stats, so I'm not sure why the process was so quick. At first I thought I made a glaring mistake on the app or something.

I always feel like these things are done in alphabetical order. Anyone's name closer to the end up of the alphabet than beginning get a call? Of course this is just my baseless speculation

I had the same thought. My last name starts with a W, though, so maybe that's a little bit of wishful thinking on my end...

Hey all, I submitted my app on 1/07 and have been sitting at complete since 1/14. In your guys' experience. how long does it usually take for you to move from complete to under review?

Hi, I'm in the same boat. I wouldn't worry about it too much. It doesn't seem as though any of us who submitted post December LSAT scores have gone UR yet.

ETA: I didn't see Kwax's post, but I think that's just a weird quirk of things... you are not alone in the submit early Jan stuck at complete 1/14 group

I have so much work to do and a client just scheduled a call for 3:30. I really wanted to be like BUT IT'S FRIDAY AND PENN MAKES CALLS ON FRIDAY! Damn having a job.

I've been under review since 12/19, and I'm starting to wonder because, frankly, I have better stats than a lot of people who are getting in (above 3.9, mid-170s). Is it possible either (a) they're debating whether to reject me because they think I'll go elsewhere no matter what, or (b) they're considering me for a scholarship?

Someone on the CLS thread said they were eating brownies to calm their nerves. I have followed suit on a Friday full of Penn decisions. However I'm still stressed out! How late do they call. Any word on later second UCR getting calls?

Somebody reported a call at like 8PM a few weeks back, so I think it goes on for a while. I'm just nervous about the inevitable round of wl/dings that usually hits around 4.

There was zero focus in Computer Science class today, because I kept checking my phone and refreshing TLS. I'm glad I'm not the only person in disarray
