I also am definitely not an auto-admit, with only a 3.5 gpa and 170 lsat.
AAAGGH. Same UR date, same GPA, higher LSAT, no email. Dammit. Good luck to you, though. I'm rooting for you.

let's remain positive that this is just a sly way of not telling us that our admittance email is on the way, hence the lack of CR. we're just that darn special.

Just a heads up to all of those not receiving a FR e-mail yesterday.

It looks like Berkeley had two sets of FR last year: one for 2/18 and one for 3/12. (ditto for 2 years ago)

http://www.top-law-schools.com/forums/v ... &start=325

The 2nd group of FR seemed to be people from all different UR dates.

So, however slim it may seem, there's some hope left.

How does everyone under committee review feel about the relative strength of their apps?

Yeah, who knows. I have above-average softs and I thought I had a good PS, but maybe Dean Tom didn't like it. Trying not to get down about it yet. Good luck to you!

Yehhh +++ve thinking ... I like that !!!

I have never been THAT stressed about anything my whole entire life, and I also think I might need therapy for exhibiting addictive behavior on TLS !!!!

Yes, my theory is they finally decided who to let in, who to pass on to CR, and who to reject. I bet we'll hear some decisions tomorrow

Eh, maybe. I'm trying not to be too optimistic.

Alright, I'll try this a third time...

Should I write a LOCI for Committee Review? Is anyone else? Did the people who were accepted out of CR in previous years write one? Bilbo?

I submitted a LOCI bc I had been UR since 10/18, but I also submitted an upward trend addendum to sweeten the deal. I submitted them about a week before I went to committee review. But I don't really know what I am doing so I don't imagine anyone should follow my lead.

+1... I submitted fall grades, but I am afraid an LOCI from me will say "Oh hey, I didn't spend any time lengthening my PS for you, but now I regret it so here is a Why Berkeley..."

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
