Woo! (Probably where I'll end up too, barring a WL offer from H or something from Y.)notsonotorious wrote:Ok folks. Given the FB count, the decent sized wave of admits (and dings) this weekend, including from folks with completes as late as 3/11, I make the depressing prediction that anyone remaining at this point is, at best, waitlist.
As such, I am going to focus my energy on getting excited for NYU.
Good luck ya'll!

Application went under review 1/4/17 --> Still havent heard anything...
Cycle has been messy:
in at Columbia, Berkeley and others
Waitlisted at Michigan, Chicago, Harvard
Rejected: UPenn, Stanford, and Georgetown
Few more days to go I guess.

Just checking that you didn't actually get a waitlist email, right? This is more of a presumption/observation that we are waiting and there probably exists a list of us who haven't heard back yet and we might as well consider ourselves waitlisted at this point?OneHandedEconomist wrote:I am the ghost of thy father's spirit

Are you URM? I am, and everyone I've spoken to highlights the unpredictability of URM cycles - shared rejection from penn too. Related, one of my URM friends is at Yale with low 16x LSAT, and was rejected from half of the t13.Rdominicana15 wrote:Application went under review 1/4/17 --> Still havent heard anything...

I'm a non-URM reverse splitter and sort of don't know why they haven't just rejected me already? I have the equivalent of a 4.0, but am below the 25th LSAT percentile and would just like the agony to end.
