I sent a scholarship negotiation email to Dean Richard last week and got an auto-reply that she was out of the office until last Thursday. I haven't gotten anything back from her yet and I was re-reading the auto-reply and it says, "If you have a matter that requires my attention, please contact me again on or after March 19th."
Should I resend the email, since it says to contact her again after March 19th? I'm just a bit worried because I have to accept an offer at GULC in a week and any scholarship from UVA would greatly affect my decision. Anyone else in a similar situation?

I got mine a few weeks ago, I think with the first wave. I'm not sure what the wait is right now.

I would call her office. A discussion with her could change your fin aid package, which are due out in the next couple days (sometime after Apr 6).

I assume I'm not the only one trying to negotiate a scholarship with UVA who has deposit deadlines looming at other schools. Anyone trying to negotiate a scholarship hear back yet?

Yeah it seems like the majority of people with big money have withdrawn. It seems like that's been the case for the past few cycles. It makes you wonder how much money they offer vs. how much they actually have.

No word yet for me.
Does anyone know how they notify for round 2? I just looked through last year's threads and couldn't find anyone talking about this.

Did some people on the wait list not get the email from Anne Richard on April 11?
