Re: Cornell waiting room
has any EAC since 11/13 been either deferred or rejected yet? Trying to establish some sense of timeline here.

I don't think I'll get in. Even if I did, I doubt I'd get any money and with the slaughter that was OCI this year it makes me think twice about any T14 without money really.

Re: Cornell waiting room
from looking at the schools you're applying to i think you'll end up picking between wustl and illinois. that would be a tough choice since you'd be likely to get more money from illinois than wustl.Slyjoker87 wrote:I don't think I'll get in. Re: Cornell waiting room
We should compile everyone's EAC date and stats and try to figure this thing out... or some good soul could review the last 87 pages of this thread and see what they can come up with. *Puts index finger to nose* Not it.

I'm EAC 11/11, applied to Texas and Cornell same day and got held over at Texas about 3 weeks ago.

Re: Cornell waiting room
Since it was my idea, I'll jump in:
166/3.9
EAC 11/13
Feel free to edit and add stats. There's probably not a pattern, but after yesterday's panic and wild speculation, it can't be any less productive.

EAC 10/27
168/3.1
I'm hoping that it is Cornell's goal this year to raise their LSAT median to 168 and their 75% to 169.
Their incoming class of 2009 LSAT median was 167.

Did you have any compelling evidence in your app as to why you want to attend Cornell? I'm going to guess you made it. But don't lego guillotine (Berkeley thread, I think?) me if I'm mistaken.0L Hoping for 1 wrote:EAC 10/7

Re: Cornell waiting room
They HAVE to be raising their median this year. Vanderbilt and UCLA (which is nipping at the heels of the T14) both have 168 medians and 169 at 75%. I wonder if Cornell has a lower median because they are more holistic than Vandy and UCLA, or, if Cornell just has a harder time drawing matriculants? I have a hard time believing the latter, but 167 at the median is kind of low for an old T14..finalaspects wrote:EAC 10/27

Re: Cornell waiting room
I sent in my app 12/3. Does Cornell send you an email and/or status checker to inform you they've received your report from LSAC? Thanks!
