It varies, there's no "usual" because there's a lot of different factors for consideration that make no two apps similar/easy to recognize trends across. I went complete in mid-November and got my decision last Friday.

Did you write a Why Mich? I didn't write one and got waitlisted and I'm pretty sure that's the reason why. (not too hung about it though - didn't write one for a reason.)
