CONGRATS!! Giving us fellow wait listers hope around the June 1 deadline :)

Mind sharing your numbers or their range? I feel like I've done everything possible, but still no voicemail...

im in the evening division but when i got the call i asked about fulltime movemnt (since a friend is waitlisted for full time). they said that they're gathering numbers for full time once the june 1st deposit passes and then there'll be some more movement!

im a 3.4ish, low 160s, top feeder school but i think my saving grace was that im kind of an unusual candidate in terms of background/experience. part time's average stats are lower than fulltime's tho, so idk how much help my stats will be

it feels soooo good being on the other side of this guys, so dont lose hope! im rooting for you guys!
im hoping to see many of you in the fall :)

try to speak to more fordham students. i actually attended an evening class, met the professor and students who i kept in touch with. write another loci about that! honestly, fordham admissions does such a good job at really trying to understand the class it puts together. if you show how genuine you are about fordham (not just in terms of how much you want to go there for its location, but how much you've done to learn/experience/get to knwo the school)- i really think that goes a long way as it shows how much initiative you've taken!

best of luck!!

Congrats rkh235!!! I'm happy for you and jealous at the same time lol.

And Loisaida, I really feel you. I feel like I've done everything and anything. Hopefully we'll get a phone call Friday or next Monday!

@ Pink Revolver- I hope we get phone calls soon too! I told myself when it came to this wait list I was hoping I would hear before July 4th (seemed like a good target, right?) and we're well before that now... although the sooner the better, obviously :)

Ha yes everyone gets one. A student advisor supplies you with outlines each semester for all your classes. They can be VERY helpful. They also provide you free lunch once a semester (paid for by Fordham/your tuition) and give you guidance on random shit like registering for classes for 2L. Depending on the quality of your advisor, it can be fairly helpful.
