I'm never so happy to see "Your file has been submitted for review" as when I check the Stanford checker.

But it looks like I should just be waiting for it to change to DLS at this point, based on people's complete dates and stats.

Unfortunately, yes. I think they'll tell you what decision has been made if you phone them.

I kind of want to dream about being on the waitlist for a few more days until my horrible local USPS actually produces a letter.

After the delightful experience that was my HLS ding, I can't help but feel weird about still being around. I'm trying to beat down the hope that's flooding into my chest -because this is the longshot of all longshots- but I can't help feeling slightly encouraged.

you're probably having trouble logging in because when googling SLS status checker the link that appears is actually for the graduate programs instead of JD

i can only log in using IE on my old Windows laptop haha nothing else will do. Maybe try changing your browser?

This is a common problem because most law school status-check websites use the same URL and user ID. To troubleshoot, try clearing not just your browser history, but more specifically all saved usernames and passwords on the cache of your web browser. We've found that Internet Explorer or Firefox tend to be the most compatible browsers. Also, please make sure you are selecting the link from our email, and not a bookmark, search engine, etc.

This is as far as LSAC has advised us on troubleshooting. Please contact our office via phone if you continue to experience difficulty with the status checker.

This is a REACH school for me. So I am assuming I haven't been dinged because they want to make their quota for the higher stats before they admit lowly old me.

Are you using the direct and exact link that came in your email? It wasn't working for me because I was Google-searching for it or finding it on their website, which erroneously links to a different (graduate) status checker. Sorry if this has already been addressed itt
