Do you really want to go to Hastings over Davis?

I don't know, and my indecision is frustrating. For their different reasons, I'm sure I'd be equally happy at either. Fiance's job search has to date been conducted as if we were going to Davis. And if a job materializes soon, that'd end the debate. But the timing of everything might not work out so simply.

Whatever happens, I'm pretty freeking happy to be in California now.

Quick question: do students have access to a refrigerator and microwave? I'll be commuting, and it would be nice not to have to plunk down too much $$$ to buy lunch or subsist on bruised bananas and stale sandwiches

check web advisor, if "Official Transcript (with Degree Posted)" says received then you probably don't have to worry about it

Yes, I believe new official transcript is required from all.

Amazon.com has used, unmarked copies going for under $90 after shipping. Also, I saw that book listed for 3/4 Civ Pro sections. One professor, G. Hazard, requires his own casebook called "PLEADING & PROCEDURE."

Hastings Admissions is going straight to voicemail...guess they're inundated by calls.

I wanted to call anonymously for status on WL and final decisions. Should I e-mail instead and risk sounding pushy? I was among those who received the e-mail on 6/14 and I've heard nothing. I don't think they ranked the WL if they just sent out another batch of WL e-mails yesterday...

Yup, the e-mail from 6/14 asked if I was still interested in being considered for a spot and if so, to include info like name/LSAC #/address/phone #. I responded immediately that I was most definitely still interested. No news since then.
