You can send a LOCI with a deferral or waitlist. I wouldn't send one now, you'll probably just end up annoying them. Search for LOCI for more information.

Did anybody else go DF 3/12??? What does this mean if I'm the only one??

what are your stats? find other people with that DF and if the numbers are high, then your odds are good. if not yea....

There are a couple ppl that went got decisions on 3/12 on LSN, but their numbers are much lower than mine, and I don't see how they could have gotten the decision letter within one day (Saturday) when most of these are taking 3-4 days even within the LA area....? Maybe these are ppl who got their letters from the 3/5 batch?

My numbers are 3.5/166 (just below the threshold), but my dad went to Gould and I had pretty good softs...

you are right below both medians i believe.... you need to find other 3/12ers and get their stats to see if this is an acceptance batch or a rejection/waitlist batch. and it can also possibly be a mixed batch.

but yea i doubt that any 3/12ers have received their letters. the 3/12 on LSN like you suggested are either 3/5ers or 3/9ers. (3/9ers being acceptances if i remember correctly)

Yes, I'd love to find more 3/12 DF's... it seems strange that nobody has mentioned this batch on TLS yet; maybe it is an extremely small number of decisions?

No. My numbers are below median. I'm expecting an outright rejection. I just want it sooner than later, to get it over with. Otherwise it's like water torture, extended pain until the disastrous inevitable.

FWIW, I called admissions like fifteen minutes ago and asked when all decisions will have been mailed out. The person who picked up said they have no "deadline" for admissions decisions but that it'll be "several weeks" more and noted that "quite a few applications" have not been looked at yet. FWIW.

I've received letters from USC one day after they were mailed. hth

I think LSAC should enforce a mandatory deadline for applications. like 5 months maximum from the day it went complete. that has to be enough time.

Yes, I know that you can, but from what I've been reading on here, usually, the decisions aren't usually mailed the same day as your status is changed to DF. Maybe I'm just being optimistic?

some people get it early, some people get it late. chances are you'll know by the end of this week.

I went to second IR 3/12. Did you DF 3/12 guys have 2nd IR date? From what I've been looking at this thread is there seems to be two rounds of reviews...so if you went straight from 1IR to DF instead of 2IR, I'm not sure if that's a good sign...

What the fuck do I know though, I've been waitlisted at virtually every school I've applied.

Guess who's baaaaccckkkk! I went IR twice 2/24 and it just changed today to 3/15. So two dates...I've been reading this thread and I've seen a lot of IR once and then DF. I'll take the second look, I need all the help I can get. Thanks for giving me thorough review USC, it's very appreciated.
