Dinan15 was a feb complete. I think files come back from FR at variable rates, or else they release decisions without regard to chronology.

YLS typically keeps a very small waitlist so I wouldn't bank so highly on that

Also last year they only made about 260 new offers...if there are that many invited in the group now, is it safe to assume that they've filled their offers up?
