UR1 since 11/30. LSN gives me a pretty good shot, too. No one with my numbers got outright rejected, and most got in

Also DLS, 25<GPA<50 and 75=LSAT, submitted 1/9. Didn't apply for any scholarships and so highly doubt I'll be able to afford NYU, but exciting to hear news nonetheless

NO. Correct me if I'm wrong. I think the scholarships are mostly for public interest? I go for intellectual property, which is hard to justify for the public interest.
