It's possible this date change means only that they've picked up our batch of held applications to start re-reviewing. I would imagine the next date change indicates a decision has been made

Same here. Alumni interview request last Tuesday, filled out their form within a half hour, silence since. The email said to be patient, but I'm struggling.

Im in a similar situation. Complete ~1/8 , 1/16, 1/29. Applied ED PT and no word yet. At this point I'm expecting a WL but I hope that I'm wrong. Hopefully we find out this week!

Mine just updated to today...it hadn't moved since 12/16 when I got the held email.

When I had a date change two days in a row (Friday and Monday), I got my acceptance letter the next day (Tues - though I live in DC). As long as you don't get an email I'd consider it a good thing!

Also I was able to request a username after my Monday date change. I'd check if I were you!

You just click, "No Password?" on the Admitted Students Website. Proceed to enter your last name and email. If it tells you that a username/password has been sent to your email, do a little dance: you're in!

Edit: I should add that getting a username/password means a lot more than not getting one. If you don't get one, it doesn't necessarily mean you're not in.

were you held though?

I was not - but stay positive! 2 date changes in a row has seemed to be significant across the board (held, interviewed, or out of nowhere). And you didn't get an email after that, so at the very least it's not a bad thing. Good luck! Post back here when you find out!
