Just went 'Decision' within the last 2 hours

I was IR 1/21. No mailings yet...just a mix of nausea and crippling anxiety.

Still in review 1/24, but hoping to see a change by the end of the day

Me too and I haven't even gone to decision yet.

I think you're the first who shares my review date that has posted that they got a decision today. AACK.

If the information gathered is correct, yes, all decisions will be made today. However, just because the decision is made, it doesn't mean they have the time or resources to update every status by the end of today. I'm pretty sure these all have to be updated manually, so if a huge batch was completed it will take some time.

Just my $0.02 because I have a feeling we will see some disgruntled people when today is over with no status update.

Thanks for the confirmation. At this point, I just need to know if a decision has been made.

I wonder if any of us DR today can go ahead and call for our decision...the letter seems to take ages to arrive and many of us need to start planning visits/deposits.

so I think I remember reading that the last batch of decisions was a completely mixed bag....is that basically true, or do they send out waves of acceptances/rejections/waitlists?

Looks like things are moving fast. I'm still IR 1/21... probably should stop checking so much until that day is over.

yea mine just updated to decision...and i go on spring break so i wont get my letter for about 2.5 weeks...anybody have any luck with calling the admissions dpt and asking them for decision?

I think I am going to faint from the shock of seeing something different after 3+ months if my status checker ever changes.

Went in today and they said they couldn't tell me the decision in person, or over the phone.

There seem to be a lot of 12/1's that have not heard yet. Does that seem weird? We turned in our applications so much earlier than everyone else who has heard already.

I am still in review 1/24. I'm starting to think that this is probably not the last day of decisions. I sure seems like they made a big push today but with just the small sample on here still waiting in review, I'm sure they still have a lot to go through.

I know UW claims to not have rolling admissions. Just really sucks to be sitting here. My application has been with them since early October. Granted they didn't start reviewing until January, but geez.
