This week I sent in an LOCI and a new LOR. But I doubt it'll make a difference in time.

wow so you applied in Oct?.... at least you passed the recent rejections and waitlisting...

sigh. so, is there any method to this madness at all? i won't complain too much out of fear october folks will throw tomatoes at me. but with all these decisions coming for people who applied later in the cycle, it really makes no sense to me at all. i was under the impression that law school admission is supposed to be rolling! no movement since 1/15 "complete"

Haha! No way! I've basically decided on Fordham at this point, and almost withdrew from USC this weekend as a result. But... I really want my decision. I mean, I paid for them to process my application, I deserve the satisfaction and closure of an actual decision!

Question: When is it time to send an LOCI and what do people usually say? Who have you sent it to at various schools? I met an admissions person at USC during my visit and could send directly to her but I just want to make sure I know what I'm doing on this. Have been complete since January. I want to send LOCI to UCLA and USC. This will be my first time doing this so any advice is appreciated.

+1, except i'm pretty well set on emory. complete 17 weeks. there was a batch that got decisions a few weeks ago with stats very similar to mine... why couldn't i have been in that pile??

Yea I applied in Oct. I sent an email to USC asking why I was still at 'complete' and got a generic response about application volume, etc etc. Pretty ridiculous.
