I swear I had 2 dreams last night about Fordham both of them acceptances! Please accept me and let me end this cycle! I'm running to the bookstore to purchase my sweatshirt, hat, and keychain. I will sleep in them all!

Does anyone know of any success stories about petitioning to be re-considered for the part time program? I was waitlisted for the day division, but I'm strongly considering writing a letter expressing my desire to be considered part-time. Would this be effective?

I know of at least one person from last cycle who did this - call the Admissions office and they will talk you through it (as I recall, it's quite simple to change your application.)
Good luck!

For those of you still waiting, my most recent complete date is 3/8/11. I called explaining that some schools needed to hear back by the 15th (obviously Fordham is well aware of this fact) and they gave me some BS that I needed to wait my turn. However, with some gentle pushing, they agreed to give me a response by the 15th.

I thought it was a nice day. Didn't really learn anything new, but they fed us well, the company was great, and the current students and faculty/staff were incredibly friendly. That said, I do wish there had been more professors in attendance, especially considering the way the alumni raved about how accessible and dedicated Fordham's faculty is.

Oh, I definitely stuck around to take full advantage of the open bar and delicious food. Seriously, what made that chicken so good?
Anyyway, not sure if I met anyone from TLS or not. Wasn't quite sure how to bring that up in conversation.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
