Been under review since 12/8. I don't expect to get in, so I'm just confused at why I haven't received even a rejection yet...

Been UR since 12/8 as well. I don't think I'm a shoe in, but I did think I had a good chance (stats in profile for those curious). I'm not giving up hope yet.

You're retaking in Feb right? Did you let them know that you wanted them to consider your app without the Feb score?

They put me under review though so that doesn't make since....

There's no point in calling them now if that's the issue at this point....

To my knowledge, no info on any of the named special scholarships has come out yet. My (very unrealistic) dream is that the reason my app has been UR2 since 12/21 is because they're going to give me one.

I had already completed NeedAccess, but I think it was unrelated. It specifically says in the Vandy letter that recipients are not required to complete NeedAccess, so I doubt they would say that if it was a prerequisite.

From last year's thread, it looked like the invites started going out around the 9th and kept rolling into March. They also will send you a ding, I believe, for named schollies, so you will know definitively.

I was going to ask the same thing - I didn't fill out NeedAccess but got the financial aid email after the "Congrats on Vandy" email.
Buuuut I still haven't gotten a letter or any actual information on the Vandy scholarship so I was getting worried they would rescind it without the NeedAccess haha

Fear not. From the email: "As a Vanderbilt Scholarship recipient, you are not required to complete the Need Access financial aid application for NYU School of Law."

And, if anyone knows, is there typically more than one wave of Vandys or are they one and done?
