That's an awfully quick and high-pressure deadline when I haven't even heard from all the schools to which I applied.

Good to know, thanks!
The "intent to enroll" form is just that, a form stating that you
intend to enroll, not an actual enrollment - it doesn't require that you withdraw from any other school, or
in fact enroll.
I wonder. The form itself has two options: either "I accept the offer and
will be enrolling" or "I will not be enrolling". That doesn't seem to give wiggle room. But if Dean Asha is correct, it still can't proscribe me from accepting alternate, subsequent offers.
I emailed Georgetown to try and clarify. We'll see, though I wonder if I should have just said nothing and just submitted it.

The first deposit deadline is May 1, so I doubt they really have much of an idea at this point beyond ED.

I submitted my request for scholarship consideration a while back and was told I would hear something by now, but have yet to receive an offer. Should I be worried?

Based on the
admitted students thread, the consensus seems to be not really. (Which is not to say that I'm not worrying, but whatever.)

Yeah I think most of the people in the early march feeler group are still waiting... not 100% sure...
I sent out a feeler in March and received a merit offer this week.

Offered a spot on preferred waitlist 3/24. Did not respond. Received an invitation to a group interview today. Thought that was weird, considering I didn't accept the waitlist spot.

Anyone know if Georgetown has ever given someone $$ off the preferred waitlist?

I don't think it happens to everyone, but money does become available throughout the summer as people drop Georgetown, and that gets allotted back out to some people who are accepted off the waitlist (according to the director of admissions at recent info session).

Application went complete on 2/26 and haven't heard a sound from them. What do you all think are the chances of getting in at this point? Sigh all this waiting is driving me up the wall.

Got a nice merit-based scholly offer via email today. Substantial money. I applied in October and was accepted before Christmas. So there's still hope for those of you who haven't gotten offers yet.

1. For those that have done it, any advice or warnings?
2. Do we have any sort of idea if it correlates with likelihood of admission? Has anyone who attended one of these interviews not gotten in or still have not heard back?
Thanks!
I'm wondering about this as well. I got an invitation for the San Francisco area group interview. Anyone going to that one as well? Preferred WL.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
