He didn't say anything about merit-aid, does that mean I'm SOL (besides matching?).

I haven't heard much at all about merit aid yet, but I'd suggest submitting info re: matching.

+1 on the congrats. Also dates and status is basically mandatory at this point with so many people waiting in agony. Otherwise saying "In, gimme dat money!" is just self-congratulatory and does not help the community at all.

Sorry, my roommates were congratulating me, but my stats are in my profile (172, 3.7). I applied in the middle of November, and went under faculty review in the beginning of January.

The Dean specifically told me I came out of faculty review early (I wonder what that means from a processing standpoint?), and that people world hear next week on the 15th. I doubt I am the only person that he is going to call today (even though I am a special snowflake), so I hope you all get good news, too!

We are pretty much numbers twins (0.01 point difference in our GPAs). I remember you from the USC thread where you were offered $90k and I was offered $75k. ;_;

As for Berkeley, I was never assigned to faculty review though so I fear they're saving me for the ding pile.
