So, is the general consensus that an update after 3+ months of radio silence is a good sign? I'd describe my lsat/gpa combo as marginal. Thanks!

I feel like that's a good thing in that they are looking at your application again, but I don't think anyone really knows for sure what the updates indicate.

Thanks, that's generally my position as well. Also had a weird Easter Sunday status update. That puts me at UR 4...Here's to hoping a decision is forthcoming in the next week.

Eh I had an update on 2/20 and I thought that signified something (after submitting on Sep. 2 and 3 other URs), but I still haven't heard. I don't think it necessarily means anything.

Anyway, I refuse to withdraw. I paid my application fee and I demand my WL/ding.

I waited for about an hour(or an hour and a half) for ASW to work after I went DLS. Calm down, you will be fine!

Last years thread had a lot of this weird date stamp thing around this time of year. They didn't seem to have a consensus as to what it meant though. I think they got emails or ASW the same day.

Yeah, I don't think anyone knows.. Just gotta wait. Most people didn't receive calls until the next day. And as others have said, ASW might take a couple hours before you can log in.

Does anyone know the timeline for ding/WL emails? Are they more immediate, or is there a delay similar to that of acceptance call/ASW login?

I was wondering this too. Can anyone confirm/deny?

I was rejected on Monday and my status checker didn't change to DLS until after I received the email
