Yea, I just applied.eaa1537 wrote:Worst case scenario is you're out 100 bucks. The best line was this: "Every year, we end up admitting students who never thought they had a chance at getting into Harvard."
Looking at the stats on LSN, I feel like they're just playing with your head. Looking at Harvard's 25-75 ranges I'm a major splitter (175 LSAT, 3.6 GPA). I keep on toying with the idea of applying but honestly don't know if it's worth the effort/money.
When did you get the jr1?ads222 wrote:More info for everyone: I also got a JR1 invite for Monday. I was part of the big group that got held, and I haven't sent in new materials or anything; I'd actually resigned myself to my fate. Numbers are uninspiring, PM me for them, so there's more hope for everyone who got held (and everyone with shitty numbers).

I went complete first week of November, I had a lower first score that's held me back some as I've been WLed from Chicago and Penn, but I'm in at Duke and GeorgetownLinzerTorte wrote:thomas345 wrote:Dinged via email. 3.77 GPA, 172 LSAT

I went complete in early December, and haven't heard anything either, not even a hold.Weirdlog wrote:Oh man, today is getting scary again... Still haven't heard anything here. (UR 11/17)
Still sitting pretty at UR 11/30. But given my #s, I'm not exactly getting my hopes up.Spinach Lover wrote:I went complete in early December, and haven't heard anything either, not even a hold.Weirdlog wrote:Oh man, today is getting scary again... Still haven't heard anything here. (UR 11/17)

I think we're in the same pile. Probably along with eaa, arkansawyer, and others.Nulli Secundus wrote:I think there should be a system similar to what rating agencies use for rating countries' economies for people that received no news at all, like me:

I have currently no idea what they think about me, maybe they took my application form out and atm using it as dart board.
No, I never had a JR1 - you have me confused with someone else.Nulli Secundus wrote:1 day after your JR1...Thats both peculiar and scaryplaydough wrote:I got the hold email a little while ago.
You sent the LOCI after you got the hold today? Did you already have it written or did you write it today?NikaneOkie wrote:Thank you!eaa1537 wrote:NikaneOkie wrote:held

(aprox): 11/24-11/30-12/01
I sent in a LOCI, which I think was pretty good.
Make a new thread for us to wildly speculate in? Entitle it "I Haven't Heard Shit from Harvard 2011"Weirdlog wrote:I think we're in the same pile.
