I think we are pretty sure the 12/3 & 12/6 were all mailed at the same time. And they were postmarked yesterday.. I think you have a good shot at getting it today. if not, def tomorrow..

Because I am crazy, I went to usps.com and found out how long the letter would take to get here if mailed out on 12/8. For me, it was Saturday, and I bet it would be Friday for you. Of course, I have been wrong before...
