Completely agree. I used to be creepily in love with Hugh Laurie because of that show.

I was wondering about this too. Studying at Oxford sounds like something you want to have on a resume, but ultimately I'm inclined to think its fluff which amounts to a glorified summer vacation. Thoughts?

All you really do during your 1L summer is fluff stuff, aside from maybe 3-4 lucky people who get a paid internship at a firm.

As far as fluff stuff goes, it's expensive but several people have said it was worthwhile and potential employers loved to talk about it with them at OCI.

I feel torn on this. On one hand, I want them to hurry up and make a dang decision. On the other hand, I'm afraid of what that decision will be, and frankly, I am not ready to end my cycle's (technically) 100% success rate

Pro tip, kiddies - if you get pulled over by Park Cities cops running radar on Hillcrest:

1) Burning rubber and trying to fly into the law school garage will not save you. They don't get to the entrance and go "Oh shit, I can't go in THERE!"
2) Park Cities cops are dicks already, thus....
3) Arguing with them and yelling at them will NOT help you

Dear law student lady in the white BMW convertible - I hope you read this and take it to heart.

The email just said what time to meet (8:45 to 9:15) and said that an itinerary would be distributed on Friday. Right?
