I got my envelope today too. It is sleek. Have you looked at the flash drive yet? I also liked the little note the dean wrote.

I also didn't write a Why essay. Only one I've written so far has been for Penn, and that was pretty much required.

I was able to log into the AS site!!. Does that mean I'm in??? I wasn't able to before when my status checker just said complete. Now it says decision and I got in. AHHH! Am I in??

Yes. If you look under "Mail and Money" you can see when they sent the packet. And grats to you and everyone else who just got in.

Ahh, but now that the euphoria has worn off, I am now faced with the incredible sadness knowing I probably cannot afford a T10 legal education. Sigh. Well, here's hoping for a super awesome FAFSA + miracle.

Back to my q: does anyone know if Michigan considers Feb scores for scholarships?

I'm fairly certain that they do. I'd imagine that many scholarship decisions are made in advance of the release date for February LSAT scores, so there would likely be less money at Michigan's disposal. Have you checked out Michigan's Financial Aid FAQs page (LinkRemoved)?

Sent out all my apps in two batches, early Sept and early Oct.. have been accepted only at GULC, which is the only school which would cost me near full price (I think it would end up being about 35k a year)... been complete at Mich since 10/21, over 11 weeks ago... updated with new slightly higher GPA this Monday... fuck, I'm starting to look pretty hard at the extended ED option at UVA, but still holding out hope for northwestern.. everywhere else = hopelessness...

dude, really? Your lsat is great...I wouldn't ED. You're going to get in somewhere without EDing at UVA, and I bet you have a shot at money.

wow it feels like this would never come haha but I was FINALLY accepted. Submitted 9/21. I had kind of given up on trying to log into the site so im not sure exactly what day it was, but I'm pretty sure it was either this Thursday or Friday.
