I've been Under Committee Review since 12/3 and still don't have a decision.

Completely unthoughtful, barely apologetic rejection letter in the mail today. Merry Christmas Eve!

Wow, that's surprising, especially considering your other admits. My condolences, but you're in at other great(er?) schools, so merry christmas.

I believe he was one of (if not the) first RD applicant dinged via status checker, i.e. he saw this coming.

They close up shop. I called them Monday, and they told me they would open up the first week of Jan.

Right, the status says something along the lines of "Application Denied" I haven't looked at it since the first time I saw it.

I've been complete (RD) since 10/26, and under review since early November. The under review date updated once and has been "Under Committee Review" since 11/20. Anyone else go complete in late October and still under review? 171 LSAT (retake from a much lower score) and 3.75 GPA. I'm getting very nervous :|

I was complete mid-October and have been under review since 11/10. Better lsat than you and equivalent GPA. No word of yet. Don't worry.

Complete late October; Under Committee Review on 11/20 with one update (12/17). Still waiting for decision (RD).

EDIT: The status checker page advises us to expect a 12-week gap from completion to decision, which would be late January in our situations.

I got rejected today - no biggie, truthfully just applied for kicks.

HOWEVER - I retook the LSAT in December and they didn't even bother to wait to see my score, even though I definitely marked on the application that I was retaking. I thought that was pretty weird. Anyone else get something like this? I had a 163, 3.94 from UC Berkeley and some fantastic recs. (My 163 was a fluke - basically suffered a pretty severe personal tragedy two days before the test and bombed it). But according to Penn, even if I nailed the Dec LSAT with a 180, I still wouldn't cut it for them....

Anyone have any insight on this?

I am coming up on challenging that gap. Was complete 10/8, went UR 11/5, haven't moved since.
