Tease. :P I thought this thread being bumped up meant they started sending decisions a week earlier than usual.

Still waiting for them to receive my certification/"application fee," which per their instructions was a printed copy of the email they sent waiving said fee. I don't live in the U.S. right now, but I sent it about 2.5 weeks ago, and everything I sent on the same day got to its destination very quickly. They also sent me an email the other day letting me know they were still waiting for those things, but I'm trying to abide by their "wait three weeks" guideline before writing back.

Do decisions come via email or snail mail?

I'm drinking nothing but Columbian coffee until I hear back.

I realize this has no bearing on the decision, and that it's not the same Columbia, but still.

I am EXCITED about a potential columbia acceptance! definitely my top choice, and I love the fact that they send acceptances via e-mail. anything that cuts down on potential waiting time is much appreciated. it's crazy that it's january already!

Just received an e-mail requesting fall grades....

Any idea as to whether this is a good sign or not from schools? I received a request yesterday from Penn. My grades for Fall Semester are solid so it definitely won't hurt me (I think my overall LSDAS GPA bumped up by .01)

This is contrary to the website, which I think states that decisions come out by (snail) mail only. Can anyone confirm/disprove either?

yes, go look at all the people who got in ED in this thread. They all received (or most) by email (pdf of letter).

Acceptances come in two ways. PDF via email and snail mail. They are sent at the same time. For obvious reasons, you get the PDF first.

Anyone know why I haven't been rejected yet? I have below median numbers for LSAT and GPA, am not a URM, and have a good, but not extremely compelling, file.

Are you ED? If not, they haven't issued a single RD decision yet.

Ah! There we go. I am RD. It all makes sense now. I say the rejects on LSN and assumed they had started going through all the applications.

Thanks for the help.
