Sounds like we will be hearing some decisions soon. Assuming the admissions folks are not all stranded at home for the next two days due to snow......

I am stranded at home so I will be checking my e-mail more than ever.

No. They have accepted and rejected a few, based on this thread and LSN.

When did you get put on hold? What are your numbers?

I am still alive. Though if the a/c in my office building stays on as high as it is now I may freeze to death before the work day is over.

But my status checker from CWR still says the same thing it did on 2/9. ("Committee Review 2/9" - previously it said "Committee Review 1/20"). No emails, no calls.

Maybe, but probably not. We've had blizzards as late in the year as April 30.

I plan to attend if I get in.

I got the infamous call about setting up an interview yesterday. I have a phone interview with a Case student on Monday.

For those who have already gone through this:

About how long until I get a decision from Case?

Is it a good thing or a bad thing that I have an interview with a student instead of a professor?

My numbers are 160/3.26 and I really want to go to Case, but need the 10k per year to justify attending. I am just stressing out a bit.

I got my decision the next day, although my interview was with a professor. I doubt it makes much difference, as I had a brief phone interview with another school via a random call from a current student, and it was for the same purpose. That purpose is to assess your level of interest in the school, and I think the fact you were selected for an interview instead of WL or rejection, means that if you just show that you're interested and there's a good chance you'd attend if accepted, you should be good. They sent out an email saying they were having some system issues. Mail should be coming soon hopefully.

Yeah i got that email but it didn't say anything about mailings, if i read it correctly

This happened to me a couple of days before I got my decision. I'd expect a decision by Friday. Good Luck!

Aw man - you got my hopes up and now it is 5:30 on Friday and no news!!! And I don't even know if the school is open Monday due to President's Day.

The school is open on President's day. Spring break at Case is March 8-12 though so that might slow down things in a few weeks. Hopefully you'll have the good news by then!

Scholarship offer of 15/k year was sent one hour after the acceptance email.
