Judging from your LSN account, if you don't get into one of those T14's you should take it!badwithpseudonyms wrote:In w/ full (oos) scholarship! Holy crap!

In for awhile, full oos scholly. I've grown more and more interested over the past few weeks, just from doing research and lurking around tls. Going down for a visit in two weeks.. I'm pretty excited!

Yes. Also, I'm going to Bloomington in two weeks to tour, talk to financial aid people, check out apartments, and watch Indianapolis win the Super Bowl from a bar in Indiana.badwithpseudonyms wrote:Thanks! The IU full ride is virtually string-free, the school rose in ranking hugely last year (and given the cycle so far, it is likely to stay steady this year), and Bloomington is a great place in which to spend three years. I'm taking it, barring a completely miraculous GULC or Berkeley acceptance.

If one of you decides to not attend IU, can I have your full ride?

With your numbers, you should have surely got one. What is the holdup there? Maybe it is related to your support of Gonzaga.MBZags wrote:If one of you decides to not attend IU, can I have your full ride?

Zags took the December LSAT; that's probably the reason for the delay.
As long as scholarship money doesn't run out by the time they get to your app, Zags, you should be golden. The prevailing trend this cycle has been 164+, 3.8+ = full OOS scholarship.
Good luck!

Re: In at IU-Bloomington!!!!
Will you guys report back after your visits? I'd love to hear your impressions of the school (seeing as I may very well end up there this fall
)
I'm going to try my best to make it to the open house on March 27th.

Re: In at IU-Bloomington!!!!
Thanks for the support guys. Perhaps IU is just jealous of Gonzaga's basketball program right now compared to theirs. Elias Harris is an absolute beast. He'd be getting a lot more pub as a freshman if Wall wasn't god-like.
Anyway, I figure I'll be waiting up to a month to hear anything because of my December re-take. It kind of sucks because I'd like to plan a trip to visit some law schools in the Midwest (UIUC, IU, WUSTL). Since I'm coming from Washington, it would just be nice to hear something sooner rather than later so I can finalize my plans.

Hey, I love IU and their programs. With my numbers, will I be accepted and if so, any money? 174/2.93

I'd say yes. I would guess that you'd get some money for your LSAT, but I'm not really sure how they deal with splitters. I think admission is pretty likely, though.jerichogringo wrote:Hey, I love IU and their programs. With my numbers, will I be accepted and if so, any money? 174/2.93
