PS - I was one of the peeps with the status date change, but it still said "Application Complete"

SMU is one of my top choices!

I got accepted to the full time program! I didn't apply to the part time program.

BTW - acceptance reported on LSN today as well. 151/3.73 URM

When did your status change to "application complete"? Was it Wednesday or Thursday?

I wonder what this means for the "Held For Further Review People"

I am assuming we will prob have to wait until after February 15th when the deadline to get applications in for regular decision is...best of luck

Mine didn't. I'm still Full Time JD.

looks like Jaded's status changed on Tuesday, which adds to the Tuesday - Full Time and Wedneday - Part Time theory.

172/3.13 non-trad; status "app complete" - date was 11/03, changed 01/27

She said the admissions packet would be mailed by Monday.

congrats to everyone who has gotten a phone call today! just wondering if they have given any of you any scholarship info on the phone?

still no change over here so of course i'm starting to get a little worried! i guess patience is a virtue.

No scholarship info for me. I've received great offers from several schools but never actually with the acceptance call, so I think for most of us it's just a waiting game for the scholarship committee to review the file after the adcomms are done.

oh okay. thanks for the info. i haven't gotten a phone call from any schools yet (just acceptance letters w/ scholarship info via the mail) so I wasnt' sure how it worked. Congrats again!

Confirmation:

Held for further review = denied early decision, moved to regular decision

Timetable can lead up through April. Sorry guys.

Maybe I should start withdrawing and just focus on attending Vandy. Law school is a crapshoot, I guess.
