"Once again, thank you for submitting your application." *Scratches head*

(Further on, it sounds like they are getting fed up with GRE confusion calls and emails.)

This basically was the point: "We have also received some inquiries from applicants regarding our standardized test policies. While applicants need only take either the LSAT or the GRE, HLS does require all of those test results from the past 5 years. For example, if a student has taken both exams twice within the last 5 years (i.e., the results for any test taken on or after September, 15, 2012), then HLS requires all four test results belonging to the applicant. Applicants may not choose which results they will share. Please also be aware that the Law School Admissions Council, upon submission of your application to HLS, automatically sends all LSAT test scores from the past five years."

It was an email saying that:
1) you have to check the progress of your application through the checker (can't call or email them).
2) you cannot pick which GRE/LSAT scores to report - everything withing the past 5 years has to be reported. I assume they're getting sick of ppl calling and asking if they can only report GRE or only report LSAT.

Thank god for this forum. I also got the email and freaked out because I thought I missed something when submitting my app.

Seems to be the case. Although the applications instructions do not say this.

They will know because you have to tell them. It is your responsibility to disclose. The onus is on you. Thus, if you do not disclose and they find out, theoretically, you have violated the certifying statement you signed on your app and they could rescind an admissions offer.

Same. First I only saw HLS as the sender and freaked out thinking I somehow got a first wave JS1, then read the subject and freaked out thinking I messed up my app somehow.

I took the GRE in November of 2012, so it's technically still good but will expire before the end of the admissions cycle. I didn't submit it for that reason, but do yall think I should? My scores are fine-though-not-exceptional (perfect on verbal, 92nd on quant) so I'm not really concerned on those grounds, I just worry it'll look sloppy to submit expiring scores.

They essentially just sent an email requesting them, so I don't think it would look sloppy.
True. I didn't get that email - would you mind copy/pasting it and DMing it to me so I can see wording? Or I can DM you my email and you can forward it to me, whichever's easier.

Based on the TLS response I feel like the email is going to have the opposite effect of what Harvard intended re: fewer inquiry emails.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
