Is anyone else still awaiting evaluation, i submitted on 1/19 and am still awaiting evaluation, this is getting ridiculous if they're going to reject me let me know so I can move on.

Ok so today is April 9 a Saturday, and its most likely we won't hear anything today and tomorrow due to the weekend. So the earliest we could expect a decision is April 11. The first seat deposit deadline is Friday April 15. This is absolutely ridiculous and downright inconsiderate. We're making one of the most important decisions of our lives and have been under evaluation for 3 months now. Why can't they just Accept/Reject/Waitlist us already. Or just waitlist every single person who has yet to get a decision to give themselves more time to evaluate applicants.

submitted dec 27th, still haven't heard a peep back. i'm under evaluation, but i've already sent in my seat deposit at another school, honestly. how can davis expect to be a viable choice for anyone if they don't... you know... send out some decisions?

In! Just got the email, went under review mid-January. Waiting to hear back about financial aid to make the call, but I've moved on from Cali schools for the most part. Best of luck to everyone still waiting!

Got the gift aid email this afternoon. Let's just say it was disappointingly low, particularly surprised that I got 0 need based aid. But I've got some better offers I can use to negotiate so I'll give that a shot.

UCD seems to be surprising a lot of people (myself included). Maybe they could divert their SEO and PR money to scholarships or admissions staffers instead?

ok seriously what the f***. I applied the first week of january and haven't heard a peep from Davis except for the 10 emails to apply for financial aid a month ago. What is going on, today was the first seat deposit deadline for those admitted and I haven't even gotten a decision!?
