In via email this morning. Status checker hasn't updated yet, but yesterday the requirements list changed to "photo, final transcript, etc.."

If I had to guess, I would guess its similar to being "Held" at Georgetown. Where they like you, but they want to see the rest of the applicant pool before making a decision. But that's just a guess..

Hopefully! not sure what to do at this point

I feel like its gotta be somewhere between waitlist and accept, but that could just be me being positive. Im assuming we all have similar numbers.

Congrats!! I was admitted Monday and my status checker still hasn't updated. I wouldn't worry about it. My email was followed by a phone call later in the day and an acceptance packet in the mail. Hope that helps!

Guys, I'm not sure but I think I might be in!

No email yet, and status checker still says complete, but as of this morning I have the boxes under "Requirements" for seat deposit, final UG transcript, photo, etc.

Kinda freaking out right now... If I'm in, this will be my first acceptance! Submitted last Monday 1/12, complete 1/16.

So wait...if I see those things about photos and what not, it means I'm in? That feels like so little to go off of. How long did that switch (from having those to getting the email) take for most other people here?

Thus far, everyone who has seen that change has received an actual acceptance email a day later. So, you're probably in and will hear officially very soon.

I'm in state, and got a pretty decent scholarship so it's definitely a great option financially. I will likely end up depositing here and hope to get off one of the waitlists I'm on. But if I end up here I would still be pretty happy.

That's awesome! I'm definitely not committed, and technically not even "in" yet, but I'm leaning towards W&M (I think... ha)

It would be awesome to make some friends with other incoming 1L's before even getting to campus!

What are your guys thoughts on student life in williamsburg? Thats the one thing that is making me hesitant about going to school there.

I had a friend who just finished her Masters there. Basically, if bars and crazy nights out are your thing, Williamsburg might not be a great fit for you. She said those in graduate programs tend to stick with their peers (she specifically mentioned that the law students were ALWAYS out together). I can ask her for more info if anyone else is interested.

In this morning via e-mail. Application process seemed super fast. Went complete on 1/9, decision 1/16, and got an e-mail this morning. I'm at their medians in both LSAT and GPA if anyone is wondering
