Go on FedEx and sign up for the Delivery Manager. It will verify your identity by asking you a few questions and then you will be signed up. You can select when you want it to notify you, i.e. when they have a package addressed to you, the day before a delivery, etc.

FWIW I did this when I had "Decision Mailed" in status checker. Got NO message from FedEx. The package arrived a couple days later.

Yeah, I haven't gotten a notification yet but I could log in to Delivery Manager and see a package. So you might want to just check FedEx website once you see Decision Mailed.

how did everyone handle the weird financial resources questions on the app? because my parents aren't covering my tuition but they'll probably help with my COL, so should i put a number down? or if I put $0 will they be more likely to give me financial aid? No other app has this it kind of threw me for a loss

My parents can't help with $ at all, so I put $0. I'd say just answer honestly... they're going to award need-based aid based on your Need Access/FAFSA (if you submit those) anyway, and merit scholarships are about merit, not about your existing resources. That said, you might get more informed answers from current Vanderbilt students!

I was looking at LSN and it looks like the earliest rejection last year was in January, so I think you are okay. I haven't heard of anyone being rejected yet, which makes me nervous as I haven't been mailed anything

You should email the interview program. I had the same issue - after two weeks, I sent them an email and my interviewer contacted me the next day.

Mindlessly checked Vanderbilt status-checker to see my first "Decision Mailed". Frantically signed up to FedEx Delivery Manager to find!... No package in transit


That is, until I checked again and found a FedEx package en route!!! I still won't believe I've been accepted to law school until the package arrives and I read the magic words, but man this makes me happy!

I was told the view book was mailed on 11/06, and I got it three days ago. The package was dirty and torn up, so I think some may've gotten lost in translation and barely made it, for whatever reason. I don't think that's a reason to think you were auto-dinged.
