I'm pretty sure (or might be personally screwed) that NU only has one deposit. It's $750 and since the deadline has already passed you will probably get a deadline based on when you are accepted.

Re: Held at Northwestern c/o 2017
I signed up for the June LSAT.
So I really don't expect to hear anything until after that score comes back. Although, perhaps they will move me from hold --> waitlist to wait for it.
WHO KNOWS WHAT THE NU GODS THINK ANYMORE

Wait, so if I signed up to retake in June all the schools I am waitlisted (de facto wait list in NU's case) at are notified of this and won't make a decision on my application until July now? If so, I'm really going to regret this decision to retake : /

Ender, are you asking because of my post? If so, I don't know for sure of the answer -- I was just assuming they will wait. (I told them in my LOCI that I'm retaking. Idk if LSAC lets them know.)

It's so relevant to me since I want corp law. Anything enhancing NU's entrepreneurial rep is good for me to hear :pLuchi91 wrote:WHY IS JOHANN TWEETING ABOUT IRRELEVANT THINGS!!

One last thing, admissions said they'll give decisions the ending of this week AND the beginning of next week

Withdrew today, broke my heart. NU has been my dream for a decade. Couldn't get them to be close to competitive with T10 offers. I hope the money and slot goes to you fine folks!

I just want to know what state I'll be living in in 3 months. Is that too much to ask?

I've actually been kind of curious about what other people are doing with this. How long are people generally waiting before signing leases and whatnot to their other choices?luuma wrote:I just want to know what state I'll be living in in 3 months. Is that too much to ask?

Wait I'm a noob, do landlords regularly allow this? I thought once you sign you're obligated to pay for however long the lease is for.ManoftheHour wrote:Lease with termination clause is TCR.rahulg91 wrote:I've actually been kind of curious about what other people are doing with this. Most leases I've done in TX allow for paying some amount, like a month or two of rent to break the contract.rahulg91 wrote:Wait I'm a noob, do landlords regularly allow this? I'm moving to Chicago regardless. I only want NU. My backup is a corps program, City Year. If I dont get NU this year, I will reapply. Moving to Chicago in July from Texas.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
