Um, if you don't then it is not humanly possible to get any scholly...so if you want 100k then this would be the first step.

now im really nervous. i was told my decision came out two days ago, but today my status checker still says evaluation in progress :/

Weird... I just logged into the status checker and the page that popped up said WAITING LIST RESPONSE: You are not on the waiting list....

Had a nice little visit this morning. Made plans to audit a class next week. Dean Johnson was out of the office so I couldn't stop in and say hi

. Walked around the school, visited the library which is under renovation. Right now it's rather cramped and dusty and I don't know when renovation is over...hopefully soon.
Everyone was super nice as always.

I got this too last night, probably an error. I haven't even gone into evaluation yet.

Apologies if this has been asked recently, but has anyone heard about merit based aid yet? The aid estimate they sent seemed like it was solely based on the need access form

Submitted 12/19, complete 1/10 and still awaiting evaluation as well. Feeling no love from west coast schools at all.

Same here. I submitted in early November. I have heard back from all other Cali schools.

What does everyone think about the texts from the dean? Several have confirmed receiving texts if I recall correctly

I received a merit scholarship email today. This is in addition to a need based email I received I think last week.

I apparently went under evaluation recently (I will guess it was 3/1). I am hopeful the evaluation process is faster than the completing/awaiting evaluation, but I still think I will be lucky if I somehow get a decision before April 1st.
